About the Cookies
It’s simple. Val’s Happy Cookies have the perfect cookie to frosting ratio. I think this is the reason people keep coming back. I don’t like an over-thick cookie or too much frosting. My cookies are soft with a hint of almond & layers of royal frosting that aren’t too heavy. I’m dedicated to perfecting a cute cookie that tastes yummy! Cookies are prepared in accordance with the Nebraska Cottage Law. They are made in a clean, smoke-free environment with all equipment cleaned to food safety standards.
*Cookies must be picked-up or hand delivery; no third-party mail service deliveries.

Cookies contain allergens for some. Eggs, cream cheese, butter, flour, sugar, vanilla & almond flavoring, baking powder, meringue powder.
I hope to master a gluten-free option in the near future!
PRICing & OPTIONS
Most designs are $25-$30/dozen. More complex designs could cost more.
Individual Wrapping Option: $5/dozen
I offer a few holiday items that are packaged separately & priced accordingly. I.e. Jumbo personalized Christmas stockings are bagged & tied with ribbon $6/ea.
Custom:
All orders are custom design & colors. If I don’t have a specific cookie cutter I do my best to find it! Cookies in the Gallery are just examples…

About ME
I started baking cookies as a way to pay for expenses associated with self-publishing my books. When customers started asking for more cookies I couldn’t say no. It became a new creative outlet and a way to make others happy!
